Instructions to Complete the Order Form
Download the Online Order Form and save it to your hard drive. This is a Microsoft Excel file that allows you to select your cabinet style, cabinet color then the components you wish to have.
Complete the name and address section. Be sure to use your delivery address and best daytime phone number.
Choose your door style and cabinet color from the drop-down menu.
Review the information on the products tabs to see size options, configurations, etc. (Tall Cabinets, Wall Cabinets, Bases, …)
Look at the Catalog List Pricing sheet to select your cabinets. All of the details are gathered here for you!
Select the SKU on the Order Form.
NOTE: Rows 21 - 39 are for cabinet components. Rows 41 - 49 are for accessories. It is important to select from the correct sections as it impacts your Delivery Charge and/or your Assembly Charge.
Once the SKU is selected, the Description and Cost will populate.
Input the correct Quantity for each component. Your Total Cost per component and for your order will automatically calculate.
Decide if you wish to have Cornerstone assemble the cabinets.The cost for assembly will automatically calculate and be displayed. If you wish to use the assembly service, pay the Optional - Total Cost with Cabinet Assembly. Please check the box agreeing to pay the assembly charges.
Decide if you wish to have Cornerstone install the cabinets. If you do, please call 480-710-7363 or email Orders@CornerstoneCabCo.com for a quote.
Double check your order before signing and dating at the bottom left corner of the form.
Email your completed form to Orders@CornerstoneCabCo.com. You will receive a confirmation email.
Payment in full is required at the time of your order. Click here to make your payment via PayPal using your credit card, debit card or PayPal account.
